anybody else starting Sobo around June 22? I’ll be at the AT Lodge in Millinocket 6/21 and starting the hike the 22nd or 23rd of June.

Wish you the best weather… last years late juners had horrible rain!!! I would have a headnet or 2, they only weigh 1/2 oz; & you can slam on a windbreaker & lightweight pants during breaks/meals for the flies/skeets.
To eat with a net, you lift it above upper lip. Burn eucalyptus in the evening to scare em away… oh wait, that only works in oztrailia!
