Hi. I broke one of my hiking poles in the snow on goose eye mtn last winter and wanted to call leki about getting a replacement. There website doesnt list their number. I was wonder if anyone happened to have it? Thanks a lot A-Train

Send them an email instead. They will send you an RMA number and you can send it in to them.
The benefit of the email is that you not only get the RMA number, but a hard copy too. And there is always the possiblity that you miswrite the number on the form, etc.
They will ask you to write the RMA number on the package too else it gets returned to you.
Thats what I did with my poles after they had just about reached the 4,000 mile mark. They sent back new ones. They are good people. Miss my old beat up poles. Can’t wait to try out the new ones, but I have to wait for a trip with my new yet to be born son to do that.
