I just purchased the Double Rainbow from Henry Shires at Tarptent (you can google it). At first I had ordered the Squall 2, but exchanged it for the Double Rainbow for the interior liner, which I think will help with the condensation challenge inherent with a single-wall tent. Mine weighs in at about 2 lbs. 15 oz. with the inner liner. Lots of ways to set it up, too, depending on the weather and other factors. Good luck!

Quest outfitters sells plans and a kit for the Bilgy two man tent. 2 pounds two ounces including stakes. downside: you gotta sew it yerself.
Gossamer gear sells the Squall Classic, about 27 oz.

Take a look at Big Anges Seedhouse series. I have their 1-man tent, and have nothing but good things to say about it! Plenty of room, easy set-up, good stability, and light-weight for complete weather and bug protection.
