I’m testing out my live streaming servers tonight and thought I’d dust off a cooking video I taped at the Florida Trail Association conference this year. It’s of Pam Hale and her lightweight backpacking cooking seminar. At the time, my main reason for grabbing my camera and taping it was so I wouldn’t forget what she said afterwords 
Much of what she does is geared to weekend hiking but there’s also a lot of good basic tips that relate to AT hiking.
It’s live now and play it over and over until about 10:00 pm (If it’s showing the DVD player screen wait while I reset it back to the beginning). I may do the same test Friday evening if you don’t have time to watch it tonight.
You will need a decent connection since this uses true streaming and requires Microsoft Windows Media version 9.0 at a minimum. You can download Media Player here
