Anyone know if loadlifters can be added to a Golite Jam 2 and of so where can I get directions ?

The Jam is a frameless pack. You really need stays or some kind of stiff frame in your pack for load lifters to work. Otherwise the load lifters may pull the upper part of the pack closer to your shoulders but will have zero effect transferring any weight to the hip belt.
The stays or frame also need to be high enough above your shoulders that the load lifters pull up from the top of your shoulders at a 45 degree angle.
