Can anyone tell me if they know about the parking situation up at the pass? Would a car be safe there for 10-12 days?

We’ve left our car there for 5 days. But if you are worried of have a particularly nice car, you have a few options.
You can park at the leadville hostel and they can arrange a shuttle. It’s a pretty great place, and you’ll enjoy staying the night there before and after your hike.
Another option is to park at Ski Cooper which is right there at the tennessee pass. I’m not sure what you could work out, but at the very least you could get off the main road.
