I am looking for the status of some of the people I’ve hiked with, or run into, this year, as follows:

Sarah and Josh (don’t know if they had trail names)
Andy (same as above)
Cloudwalker
Magic Rat
Payphone
Red Dirt
Bear Bait
Peach Monkey
WildFlower
Turtle
BackDraft
Thoreau
1/2 Step
Joe Hiker
FallBack Dan

I’m sure there are more, but these are people who I have not heard from since hiking with them, and would be interested to know how their hike ended up.

Any progress reports would be appreciated. Thanks!

Wildflower finished and turned around and hiked back towards Monson. I probabably have her email if you need it. Let me know at my email. As for the others I dont know them…sorry :frowning:

Red Dirt and Payphone were met by their Dad after summiting Katahdin in early October.

Thoreau summitted Katahdin on 9/30 with his Dad and me.

Sarah and Josh - I believe it should be Sarah and Jason. Sarah had to get off to fill out law or med school applications. She met Jason at the base of Katahdin when he finished on Oct 11.

Magic Rat and Turtle finished Oct 13, Turtle then went and finished sections she skipped in VT and PA.

Cloudwalker sounds very familiar and if it is who I think it is he finished July/or early Aug and then went to work as hut crew at Greenleaf in the Whites.

Last I saw Peach Monkey was in Gorham. I’m assuming he finished before me.
