Last year I got Baltimore Jack’s resupply list off of
Whiteblaze.net. Fallowed it as far as how often and where to resupply and it worked well. Only did about 10 drops. Some food but mostly maps and supplies. The Thruhikers Handbook by Wingfoot(trailplace.com) or the Thruhikers companion from the ATC(appalachiantrail.org) gives all the
post office info. Hope this is what you wanted.

I worked with Draggin (2005) in getting his maildrop list together from GA to ME. He started off depending on his mail drops to re-supply but quickly found out that he could resupply in trail towns and lighten his load by not carrying so many days of food. I being his support person back home re-organized his mail drop boxes, took out a couple evening meals, left his snacks, breakfast foods and things other than food like, film, tp, glucos. and vitamins, anti bac. wipes, etc. He found by doing the re-supplies in between his mail drops he didn’t get sick of his dinners and the big plus what definately taking some pounds off his pack weight. There were only a couple maildrops that I did not send out based on his list. Hope this helped some.
