Looking for ride from Denver Airport to Start of CT

I’m looking for a ride from the Denver International Airport or Greyhound Bus Station to the beginning of the Colorado Trail in Waterton Canyon. I’m debating on taking the bus (cheaper but longer) or flying. If I fly, I will be in Denver on Monday, July 6th at 5:30pm, if I take the bus I will be in Denver on July 7th at 5pm. Either day works for me, just need to know what day would work best for you. There is also an option to arrive at the bus station in the early morning (6:15am). Thanks!!!
