Where are mail drops located at 6/12/17/22 days? Are they indicated in the guides? Which foods worked for you thru-hikers?

In southern VT most hikers go into Manchester. Further up the trail the Inn at the Long Trail near Rutland is a very popular stop. They accept UPS and FedX maildrops.
