Maps and databook needed

So my hubby and I are in route to hike the CT from Durango starting June 22nd… AND we just realized that we forgot our maps and databook at home. We’re checking to see if anyone around CO has some used ones that we could buy and they could mail to us. We will also be at the Telluride Bluegrass Festival if anyone is coming or in the area and would be willing to sell their books/maps. Thanks!

If your heading out next week from durango, you should probably check ahead about the snow in the san juans if you have not done so already. This region hosts a portion of the CT that is at a very high elevation and a couple of the passes may have considerable snow depth.

New Databook which includes the reroutes in the San Juans is now available from ww.coloradotrail.org
I’ll be on the divide above Elk Creek this weekend. Will let you know what I find.

For about $20 you can find an excellent book of all of CO. It’s the “Colorado Atlas and Gazettere” - should be able to find it at almost any gas station. It specifically has the CO trail marked, you could just cut out those pages usefull to you. I use it all the time for various hikes, etc.
