Merry Christmas Everyone and Happy New Year

Am about to go off for the next couple of weeks to celebrate Christmas with family and friends. So, I will be away from the computer for the next few weeks.

In the meantime, may everyone have a great Christmas season. In light of those who have lost their lives defending our freedom this year so we can celebrate the season of peace in perfect freedom, make it a dear and cherished one. Hug extra hard and give without measure. Drink in even measure and drive extra careful.

And in the words of Tiny Tim, God Bless Us Everyone.

Hope to see lots of you on the trails next year ( yea, I plan to do a section of the southern AT in the beginning of the year ), so, Happy New Trail Year!

I tried to rig up this little 12v mini tree with train set lights to take out on a cold blustery trip for my wife years ago before Christmas. The lights didn’t work but we had a blast. All quiet and just us in the frost in front of a fire. Kind of like Starhaven Shelter. Whos in Whoville. If I hear one more jewelry store add on the radio i’m gonna go nutz.
