The trail passes through Mountain Crossings (resupply/outfitter) & Walasi-Yi Inn (hostel). It’s 39 miles from the Visitor Center at Amicalola Falls. The resupply options are limited at Mountain Crossings, so I’d recommend mailing a food drop and picking it up there. You can find all the information you need at www.mountaincrossings.com

I would not send a resupply there, there is enough food to get you to the next town. I hate mail drops but it is your hike so do what you want.
