I know this is a niche question not directly related to through hiking, but can anyone tell me how to get an application for the Mt. Whitney lottery for this summer (main trail from the Portal). It needs to be submitted by Feb. 14 to have any chance of success. I got to the top in 1982 (as a “younger” man) and now, my 17 year old daughter, already a backpacking veteran, wants to grab it. Every link for a Whitney lottery application I have tried (through Google) is dead. Please Help! Thanks!!
