Pagosa Springs Folk and Bluegrass June 4-6. Telluride Bluegrass June 17-20. There is music going somewhere in Copper Mountain nearly every Friday and Saturday.

Well, the Hermit Thrushes perform nightly all summer starting around May, and then there’s the Concerto for Sow by Bull Elk playing daily and nightly throughout the fall. Tickets to both events are free. Outdoor seating only, rain or shine.

If you get off the trail at Heart Lake or farther North Dave Grisman, Yonder MT., etc. usually play mid August in about as spectacular a setting as you’ll ever find.
