Narrow feets - Appalachian Trail

Any recomedations for light footwear for narrow feet? i can’t remeber what i used last year but gave them away because a bucnh of toenails.

This has been discussed or has come up in forum threads several times during the past. Suggest you do a search and see what pops up. Might be some good info there. Also a search of the WWW might turn up something good also.

New Balance makes shoes in a variety of widths. They are
a fantastic shoe for long distance hikeing.

You may want to check out La Sportiva. Their boots seem to run a bit narrow.

i looked up the superfeet guys and they have a system that may be what you are looking for. I heard about them thru Trail Journals and they do a systematic look at yer feet and yer hiking style supposedly. I am lucky, my local outfitter is a part of their program. Hopefully I can get the right shoe up front and save on blisters and bruises of the feet.
