Oh no, not another trail book, don't we have to many already. There it's been said, saving some of you the effort. The book is called "Hiking Through" it is about my thru-hike in 08 as I recovered from losing my spouse to cancer. If you want descriptions of every rock, root and mountain, this book is not for you. If you are offended by God or spirituality this is also not for you. Now that I've eliminated half of my audience, let me speak to whoever is left. If you are like me and will read everything ever printed about the AT you might enjoy it. If you enjoy reading about life changing encounters on the trail, and the propensity the trail has to heal a wounded spirit this may also be for you.
