Word is that there is a new hostel near Kinsman Notch. Does anybody know how close it is to the trail?

The Notch Hostel is located on Route 112 in North Woodstock NH and will be open in July. I get the feeling it is closer to North Woodstock then the Kinsman Notch trail head. Their web site sounds like they will be hiker friendly so will most likely be running a shuttle service.

Great. The area could use a hiker friendly ($) hostel. Most of the accommodations in the area are pricey.

Hey guys!
Really excited to see word getting out about our hostel. My fiancee and I have been working hard to get ready to open this summer. We are located at 324 Lost River Rd, North Woodstock, NH, about 1 mile outside of town. Our website just went live today (www.NotchHostel.com), although it may take up to 48 hours to work for everyone. Unfortunately, we won’t be opening until July 15th this year because of our wedding / honeymoon so I know we’ll miss some of you.
