hey everybody just wondering if i could get some help
on selecting a new bag for the trail the one i have is to heavy about 3 pounds and it takes up to much room in my pack i have looked at diffrent brands like mountain hardware are they good bags.

Marmot and mountain hardware both sell ok bags, if you really like mountain hardware then go with the Phantom 15°. As far as marmot go with the Helium Reg. Although I must agree with everyone else here I have a western mountaineering bag and I would choose that over any other bag I have. As far as a summer bag I have the Marmot Pounder and am very happy with that.

Money no object - Western Mountaineering (whatever temp rating you feel comfortable with, their’s are pretty accurate)
Budget - Campmore 20* down (Great price, Great reputation for the price, close to accurate temp rating for most people)
