CTF Trekking staff reported no snow overtop Tenmile Range (Seg 7) and overtop Searle and Kokomo passes (Seg 8). These high points often hold winter snow the longest, so the entire CT is probably snow free (or nearly) and passable.

Great news! Thanks for sharing. The San Juans took the pounding this past winter, so if there is snow, it will no doubt be after section 20, but doubtful. Lots of hikers out there right now, and putting three more on trail this Saturday.
