Are there enforced limits for the number of people who can camp at the hiker/biker campground on the north rim of the G.C.? Is it reservable?

I spent a summer cleaning that campground for the park service. I have only ever seen one or two tents at a time there, the area is quite large. Do not worry about it filling up. It wont. You can camp all the way at the end and have a beautiful view of the grand canyon right from your tent screen. Truly one of the best paid sites on the planet. There is a hiker biker site on the south rim too, though its in a convenient location, closest spot to the registration desk, it is a little loud with car noises. You will get a veiw of buildings, but be right next to the shower and close to the store. North rim is where its at. You will love it.
