Mike,
There was an email address posted yesterday to donate to Scott via Paypal. It is:
onelegwonder@yahoo.com
Ladybug
i didn’t read the thread. why was that removed? did you people talk about bad stuff?! :x
curious
I’m not sure exactly why the threads were removed (2 seperate ones) but it said that they went against the rules of posting on this forum. I’m guessing there is no soliciting allowed and you’re not supposed to use this forum as a way to obtain donations or sell anything. Just a guess tho
A-Train
I removed the thread requesting money to run his website.
There was a similar request for $2,000 that was removed as well, was that a valid post too? It is November 9 and the request for $2,000 seemed excessive.
I thought someone that didn’t have anything to do with Scott’s hike posted it.
The website onelegwonder was created in January 2004 and is hosted by ipowerweb. After looking at their rates between $8-10 a month, I didn’t understand why their was a sudden urgent need for $70 to keep his site running.
Again, I assumed someone else had posted a bogus request.
It there is truly a need please e-mail Zipdrive or myself, we would be more then happy to help out and host Scott’s site. edited 11/09/04
