Palm Springs to Cabazon Ride

Im thinking of doing a NOBO chunk of the Desert in a couple of weeks…aprox Jan 17th though when ever.

Any PCTers live near the Bus station in Palm Springs or know of a way to get to the trail crossing North of San Jacinto?
