The PCT is closed from Cedar Glen east to the end of Deep Creek in San Bernardino National Forest, according to the ranger I just talked to at the Mountaintop District Ranger Station (also known as the Arrowhead Ranger Station), +1-909-382-2782.

One closure boundary appears to run on the southern side of Deep Creek, and so does the PCT.
This closure may last until the rainy season starts in November or December.
