Also, and ideas when the ADZPCTKO site will update with any info for 2004 hikers?

Try that link. I know he was having probs two weeks ago but think everything should be fixed by now.

I would think the ADZPCTKO site should be updated soon. All it says is to come back early next year (2004). I do know that it runs the weekend of April 23rd.

Hope this helps.

To get into PCT-L:

http://www.pcta.org then
click on TRIP PLANNING on the top bar then
click on RESOURCES on the left margin then
   click on the underlined PCT-L.

At that point you can choose to view archived messages or sign up for having daily downloads of today’s postings. Thanks to Yogi for originally walking me through this.

ADZPCTKO info will be found at pct77.org when it’s available. As of the morning (1/4), it still has the 2003 info. FYI, the 2004 dates are Fri-Sun, 4/23-4/25.

I had the very same problem Kris. Could not get subscribed. Yesterday I e-mailed Ryan Brooks at Ryan Brooks [ryan@hack.net] stating my problem and he manually subscribed me. He took care of it for me right away.

The backcountry.net site has recently been repeatedly attacked by a hacker, bringing the site down and stopping the pct-l, cdt-l, and at-l email lists.
Ryan has won out against the hacker and the site and lists are all up again.
