Peak bagging journals and PDAs?

I got two questions.

I was wondering if anyone could refer me to a journal where the author does a lot of peak bagging and/or tech climbing on a PCT thru hike?

Has anyone used palm pilots and PDAs with digital versions of maps/guide/data books?

Thanks Jeff, I looked at the sites you posted. Maybe I missed something, but I didn’t see anything about a PCT thru hike on them.
