Hello all!
I have a permit reservation for the JMT starting 9-1-17.
Alas, my best friend just scheduled his wedding for 9-4-17. I’ve called the permit office and they say they cannot change the dates and I’ll have to forfeit the permit if I can’t pick it up on the assigned date.
Does anyone have any advice? Is anyone hiking the trail later in September and is it possible to switch permit dates with someone?
Any help would be amazing and appreciated!
