Pocketmail again

Before I buy a pocketmail, I want to be sure of one thing. All the info is kept “alive” in RAM by battery power. But there’s not just the regular batteries, there’s also an extra short-term backup battery. So you have battery backup to protect the data. Do I have that right?

Yup, all RAM stored. I can’t find the manual. I check the pocketmail.com web site and got canned answers. There is a tech e-mail tab on the upper right. Give them a quicky and see what they say. It has a power saver feature and tells you when the batteries are low. One set lasts for months. When thelow note is on it still has an hour or so left, flip theswitch on the back to batt change and put them in. Bingo. Not a prob.
