Is there water in Port Clinton at the pavilion?

The pavilion at Port Clinton on Penn Street has an outhouse. The river runs beside it. Water can be obtained from a spigot at the Port Clinton Hotel. When I did my thru-hike in 2011 a home owner on Penn Street allowed hikers to fill their water bottles from a spigot. Water is easily obtainable at Port Clinton.
