Post Office & Airline Regs

									I am a section hiker that is about to fly to the trail for the first time.  I have always driven in the past.  Can someone tell me the regulations for sending fuel canisters in the mail in a bounce box and also the airline regulations for packing my MSR pocket rocket stove in checked luggage.

									Canisters are not allowed to fly, I do not know about shipping via ground. ...MSR pocket rocket can go in your checked luggage - I am a retired airline employee and aware of regulations - hope that helped

									You can mail a fuel canister by ground.
