My wife and I used Endurox R4 in 08. The chocolate flavor mixed with powered milk and vacuumed in single servings became our hot chocolate upon arriving at a shelter or camp site. Each serving is about 370 calories and 13 grams of protein. That was the first thing we did,upon arrival at a camp site, just to take the wire edge off the hunger light that will be flashing. Protein repairs the muscles you destroyed during the long day. Carbs and some protein all day for fuel, heavy protein at night.
