is ther any town that is good to do resuplly in
between Hot Springs NC and Ewrin TN

Nope. It’s four to five days between the towns.

not if your a slow pook only planning to do like 10 miles a day
is Sam’s Gap ok for resupply
know there is a gas station there with a small store down the road
