I am beginning a NOBO End-to-End hike of the LT on August 1st. I am looking for someone who is located in or around the Rutland VT area, who may be interested in bringing me into and back out of town from the Rt. 140 trailhead. Hey Phil,
Try this Bus service, its out of Cuttingsville, it runs E. to Bellows falls and W. to Rutland.(802)223-7112
Also P/U at the A.T. crossing, you have to flag them down though, they wont stop if they dont see you there, ya know, if you sitting in the woods waiting.
