S. Calif hiking

Bushwhack and I are headed out to LA in a couple of weeks. Anyone have suggestions for a 4 dayer that might include natural hot springs that aren’t frequented by windshield tourists?
(Or otherwise cool hikes that are accessible in late March.)

check out sespe river trail and also deep creek hot springs also gaviota state park has good springs to soak good luck

Deep Creek hot springs was full of drunk kids from LA. There’s “tags” all over the rocks, there was garbage on the trail and the rangers were there to clear everybody out at sunset just as we got there. It was a long weekend though, so maybe it’s not that bad the rest of the time.

in late March the deserts will still be tolerable - i love the desert, but of course water becomes the issue. i’m not really a hot springs expert, but there is a list of (allegedly) every known hot spring in CA here:
