Does anybody know about the road conditions to the North Fork Trailhead on Section 4? Has anyone driven it ?

I hiked from seg 3 to the end of seg 4 on 5.24.09-5.25.09.There was no snow, the weather was nice there were several cars in the parking lots (lower and upper one). I didn’t drive to it but given that other cars were there it seems it can be done.give it a whirl.
