Im getting ready for the hike but not sure which guides i want to bring. i heard last years new addition the blacks atlas came out and was great. Any last year hikers want to sell or rent those out for a few extra bux.Looking for complete set

The Atlas was not complete last year, so there will not be a last year’s complete set to sell you. At best you will find southern California and Washington.

Not to mention most thru-hikers cut up their guides so they only carry a few pages at a time, then dispose of them. Finding a “used” set of any of the guidebooks will be difficult, at least from thru-hikers.

We used Yogi’s books last year and those were sufficient (Campo to Burney Falls State Part in northern CA). Sometimes were able to share info with other hikers who had other guides.
