Segment 14 parking

Does anyone know if there is a fee for overnight parking at the beginning of segment 14? We are planning a 2 night out and back along segment 14 from there.

I don’t recall a parking fee at the Chalk Creek Trailhead at the end of Segment 13, beginning of Segment 14 when I hiked in 2009.
