I just hiked Segment 22 Thursday and Friday. The water at mile 8.7, where the Friends of the Colorado Trail Yurt once stood has been reduced to stagnant water in the marsh with a film forming on it. I was able to get adequate water in the Ruby Creek glacial cirque listed at mile 11.5. The creek is about a quarter mile and 200 feet below the trail.
