Segment 9-10, or 12 -13

I’m planning our first backpacking trip from 6/21-6/23 with my wife and want to know what the current conditions are as far as snow goes. A little snow is fine, but I don’t want a lot of it. Also, which of these two segments has better scenery. Thanks in advance.

I spoke to the foundation, they said snow was melting faster than usual, I dont know anymore than that.

There is still some snow left on Summit County high passes, but they are hikeable and snow is melting VERY fast.
