Here is what I did when I started from Springer back in January - bought a Minolta Dimage camera (and camera that uses a removable SD memory card will work). Also carry with you a small USB adaptor for the memory card. Whenever you pass through a town library with online computers (most are) put your SD card in the adaptor and plug the adaptor into the computers USB port. You can then send the photos anywhere (including Trail Journals). I’d ask most libraries if it was okay to upload the pics and most said yes.
