My question is about sunlight – setting and rising. Should the ISO be low/high? Shutter speed? Aperature? I love sunrises and sunsets. Can you give me some pointers. I have a Canon G5. See www.dcresource.com for stats on camera features and menus. Any help would be appreciated.

Have you bulldogs been to the new backpacking store in town called the Appalachian Hiker? It’s run by a thru-hiker (Singletrack '99). I was just there posting a flyer about my backpacking courses. There were some other thru’s, and we had a great conversation. It’s nice to see other thru’s in town!

Definitely have been to the Appalachian Hiker store in Athens. Talked to Singletrack for a good hour. He loves those Frog Tog suits! He’s a good guy, it’s just too bad this store opened after I graduated. Great to hear other Bulldogs hiking the AT. I’m starting April 3- hopefully will see some bulldog faithful on the trail! How bout 'em!!
