Ok, it was a put on, I actually had one honest response. And I hold true to my promise if I run across this individual. My previous post was just to see what kind of responses that would come about. If someone out there who wants to hike the trail but have physical limitations. I know at least one person who will step up to the plate. Thanks for the responses.

Your post was one of the funniest, most enjoyable posts I’ve read here. I re-read it; cuz it was so well done; probably cuz it had enough “real” to it to make folks bite! (in contrast to the usual poorly written troll posts) Oddly, cuz of some pretty icky injuries, hiking is out for me right now…so maybe someday my sherpa will come!! Thanks for the good laughs! Hope your day gives you a good giggle too!

Sherpa is not a pack animal. Sherpa is not an indentured servant. Sherpa are Buddhist of Kagyu lineage living on the high slopes of the Hymal. Sherpa have been walking long-distance, shouldering heavy loads, across the highest mountains for 10’s of 1000’s of generations. Sherpa are a people physically and spiritually sculpted by high mountains. Enlightened by the land, Sherpa have the wisdom many of you seek. Envy or admiration should never bleed over to disrespect… Namaste Buddhachita
