Are there any shuttle services from the Hiawassee GA area (Dick's Creek Gap crossing at US 76) to return to Amicalola State Park after a week-long hike later in the year? Trying to make plans and getting things lined up.

Go to the ATC web site. They have a detailed list of shuttlers at both ends of the Trail and by state. You won't have any trouble finding someone. Just be prepared to pay - I'm guessing that distance will be close to $100. Maybe you can find a "trail angel" in town.

Go to hikerhostel.com They have been providing shuttles in Georgia for awhile.
I agree with The Unknown Hiker, go to ATC or just ask on TJ if anyone is available on a certain date and time to drive you. There may be someone that will be glad to help. Someone may be able to take you all the way or part way to Amicalola and you can set up a shuttle the rest of the way. Either way there are shuttle services in the area. You will not need to hike back.
