I can’t answer your question, but be aware that you can buy supplies at Snoqualmie Pass to get you to Stevens, a short-ish 75 miles away. There is a large, well stocked gas station and a small, decently stocked grocery hut. Both can be used for basic distance hiker staples. I stopped in to the grocery hut last summer and found the prices and selection to be just fine.

The summit inn at snoqualamie pass graciously accepts packages (even If you don’t decide to stay, I think?). It is a really nice place, reasonably priced, and the staff does not care how many hikers you stuff in a room. Also has an attached breakfast house which serves trucker size portions!
Here is a photo of the lobby from last year. And one of the room.

even though i was not a paying guest at the summit inn, the folks at the front desk held my package for me. they did not charge for the service. nice people who were genuinely happy to help out. this enabled me to get in and out of snoqaulmie in just a couple of hours.
