As an alternative to sending a maildrop to the Best Western at Snoqualmie Pass, consider buying in town instead. I was up at the pass this weekend (5/6) and popped my head into the gas station after failing to climb a local peak. The station has adequate resupply for lunches, snacks, and breakfasts (i.e, all the basics) but is a little thin for dinners, having just Ramen and Mac and Cheese as staples (in addition to dinners that hikers rarely carry). But, between the station and the small grocery store, I would feel totally comfortable picking up the 3 days of food needed to get me to Skykomish.
As always, conditions change, you might want more selection, blah, blah, blah.
