Are water sources dried up this time of year?
Will I be all alone.???.NOBO’s should be passed me by now and SOBO should be way behind.
My goal is just do the southern half of the AT this year.
Will I have company or is it mostly going to be boy scouts and weekenders…

You won’t be alone out there. I live in Waynesboro, VA, and can tell you the stream of thru-hikers, while not as steady as a few weeks ago, is still going strong. Depending on when you start, you’ll see these folks and the others that are surely behind them. Have fun!
