Information about Spike getting caught was first posted on Whiteblaze by Whiteblaze. They made an announcement and quickly closed the thread so nobody could make comments. The celeb hikers over there are on power thrips. Anywho, according to thier post Spike was given “violations”, these are like tickets and not actual arrest where he would be detained. Violations, like traffic tickets require you to appear in court. I you don’t, a bench warrent is issued and than you get arrested for failure to appear.
