Sport bra & sweat

This question is for the ladies out there. How do you deal with the sweat issue on a everyday basis? Does a sport bra help or is it better to let the puppies run free? Other solutions? Sheri

The bras never dry and if you aren’t carrying St Benards, it is easier to just let the puppies fun free… Sue/HH:girl

I def. have an opinion & experience re: this particular topic. 8 yrs ago, I “discovered” the freedom of sports bras…& loved them. Still do. After this discovery, that’s almost all that I wore, cuz I’m a bit big chested, & they were so comfortable, not @ all like my old bras;the closest thing to freedom that the post above mentions. But then without realizing the connection, I ended up periodically getting a small non problematic rash under my breasts. I couldn’t figure it out; talked to Dr; etc. For yrs, the only time it cleared up was when I went braless for a number of days (& exposed “Harold & Maude” as they are fondly called; to fresh air for days), or I was on antibiotics for a sinus infection. I stumbled into using diaper rash ointment which was messy & not worth it; tho it did help a bit. Cuz of that; I finally realized that the rash was due to sweat (underneath heavy breasts)that never had a chance to dry cuz of cotton material in the sports bra. Immediately I stopped wearing them all the time, & literally over the course of a week the rash cleared up & has never came back. I still wear sports bras on occasion. But that’s the key…on occasion; 2-3x/wk; not more. I know that this post is a bit long…but it feels good to get my experience off my chest!: girl :cheers :girl Hope it’s helpful!

I also have very heavy breasts and I suffer from the same problem due to their size/weight. I find that it is VERY uncomfortable to be braless for long periods of time. Not to mention obscene looking. But over the years, I have tried everything. But I have found for sweat and CLEARING up those nasty rashes simple baby powder works the best.
