Heading out for a month-long GA-VA hike.
Will be my only month off for a long time
coming seeing as how I’ve got a new job
starting in July. Wanted to know if anyone
else will be out there around this time, though
I realize I’ll be bringing up the rear.
What should I expect? An empty trail or a
full and vibrant one?

Space Monkey here. I’m also thinking of being out on the trail that month. I’m teaching now in Nashvegas and have the summer to walk around a bit. Hit me back and let’s plan to meet up, walk around, and look at stuff.

No way, hey man, I’ve been a slack ass since I
last saw you at Trail Days. Anyway, my plans
are as follows, Greyhound to Gainsville, GA on
the 23rd, will be there by 10am on the 24th, hitch
or cab it to Amicolalalala St. Park, and then
hike until around the 24th-25th of June when I
have to start finding my way back. Figure pack’ll
be light, no winter gear needed, so I should be
able to make it to Damascus for some of those good ribs
and some beer. We can meet up anywhere you wish
man. I just need to get on out of this life for a bit.
