Am doing some planning for summer 2016 of sections 24-28. Need suggestions on shuttle services to Stony Pass Road to begin 24. Shuttle could be from Durango or Silverton. Thank you so much

There are numerous guided Jeep ride tours that run out of Silverton. You could sign up for one of those and get dropped off on the pass. You could also try to hitch a ride up there. The road is fairly busy in the summer, especially on weekends.
